Correct. The only change is that it stays at 28 throughout the rest of the season and into the playoffs instead of again dropping to 26. Now the taxi squad is increasing to 5 so everyone pretty much stays put with the team.

By my understanding, they left that alone, but increased the size of the taxi squad.

Wow the Twins were already in a joke of a division, but adding the NL Central to their schedule is just unfair. They could very easily win 50 games. I doubt they will because it’s baseball, but 45 wins isn’t out of question.

It's hard to handicap the division when 3 of the teams have played half as many games as the Braves. It'll be really weird if they wait until the last couple weeks to make those games up. Playing all those seven-inning double headers definitely favors the less talented team.

Not quite sure what you’re asking as the question doesn’t really make sense. If you’re asking why don’t they just play with minor leaguers and let the positive players sit out, they were cancelling the games because they weren’t sure of the severity of the outbreak and most of the team was awaiting results.
If you’re asking why are they allowed to play with the minor league players, they can’t keep the games cancelled for weeks on end while an entire team gets back to negative status. They have to resume playing at some point once the outbreak is controlled.
