So have I. And if I didn't love baseball and the Braves, I would not have gone to that part of the city.

If it had a direct MARTA rail it would have been fine.

Even then,we would walk a mile from the nearest Marta station to the TED and it was ok as long. When leaving, MARTA usually supplied buses to the nearest stations anyways.

This new place is going to be a traffic nightmare even more than the TED.

We had a lot we always used that was right off the I-75 exit. You took one left, drove down a quarter-mile or so. Then another block or two. 10-minute walk to the stadium. Never one single issue with anyone. Worst we saw was the homeless people under the bridge.

Based on the renderings I've seen, the stadium looks great, but I don't see any way this won't be a complete traffic disaster. Anyone who's ever lived or driven in the metro area should understand that.

Trust me at the end of the season there will be people whining about buying tickets for a 60 win team and blame the GM for pretending like we are going to be competitive.

Well the whole rebuild has been conducted on the premise we were maneuvering to be good by the time the new stadium opened. There needs to be some improvement this year to get people feeling better. We need to be palatable.
