The Marlins are thankful it's only a one year deal. Looks like Duvall is destined to be a bench bat for the rest of his career starting in 2022.

He's been pretty bad. He is actually rebounding from a terrible stretch. Can still hit the long ball, but that is it.

His two homers also came against lefties that game. He's surprisingly struggled against lefties this year but it shouldn't surprise anyone on here when he hits well against them.
 
Not a fan of ever letting our pitchers hit in that situation. Just stand there, and let Acuna have a shot with bases loaded

ETA... and I realize smyly did a great job. It's just more likely a ground ball DP happens than anything productive
