The article did not mention who the MLB teams may be. It was mentioned that it would be a non-profitable team to themm so can't imagine the Braves are one of them. But this show that despite the deal with Comcast, Bally is not out of the woods yet.

This article from Awful Announcing explains why despite the Comcast agreement, Bally still has things to answer to before it can emerge from bankruptcy. And it's clear to me, that MLB is not impressed.

This makes me believe that Bally Sports may have agreed to the deal perhaps in a bit of desperation and to buy them some more time. If that agreement didn't happen and the court hearing happened as it was scheduled in late July, it would have quite likely been the beginning of the end for Bally. But as it is, they still have things to answer to and MLB has the most questions and concerns.
