Bally's just launched

The Bally’s presentation was fine. I am just really disappointed with the ATT TV app compared to YouTube TV. I wish they would work something out.

The AT&T TV streaming functionality is more or less what DirecTV always was - one of the reasons I dumped DirecTV in the first place. Unfortunately I don't have other streaming choices in my area and am ridiculously considered as "in-market" by MLB even though I'm over 4 hours away from the park. *ell - they even blackout Reds' home games where I live.

I hate the new score at the bottom of the screen. They use it for NHL and NBA now too. It gets in the way of the view. Miss Fox Sports already.

Anywhere that aired on a FoxSports channel is now a Bally’s channel. So here in Tampa I have to watch my Lightning games on Bally Sport Sun now instead of Fox Sport Sun.

So, MLB will black out if you are local....but there are only like two ways you can purchase it...and only one real provider. That is absolutely horrible to promote the sport locally. We are diehard baseball fans, but most fans will just say “screw it” and not watch anymore. Whoever “ok’d” this in MLB are morons.

Not able to watch because of MLB's archaic broadcast rules and desire not to re-create former cable bill by subscribing to the AT&T streaming service. Listening to the radio has been fine so far. Any more chatter on whether the standalone app that launches next year will have live games?
