Baseball Game Thread for Wednesday 26 of July

This whole team is fckn awful right now...The bullpen is downright insulting to Major League Baseball...absolutely zero quality arms down there.

Probably not the worst thing in the world that they're struggling a bit right now. Should show AA there's a good bit to improve on, and I don't mean some reliever who throws hard but otherwise sucks.

If AA doesn't trade for at least 2 impact relievers, a vet starter, and a LFer who isn't hot garbage, he needs to have his pay cut in half.

And how does he upgrade the roster? There's nothing to move expect the up-down guys, and AA loves having them for depth. Grissom is a decent piece, but he isn't enough to get reliever, starter, and backup MIF

We don't have enough left to get anything major unless you are willing to deal from the starting lineup, maybe Ozzie or Harris.

Won't happen, and it shouldn't happen. Braves are still a very good team, but they just aren't deep enough to handle injuries

Only thing I would add is that they might consider moving Elder and Grissom if (and it's a big if) they could get a starting pitcher with control beyond 2024. If there gets to be a bidding war for any of the rentals, I don't know if they could match the price beyond Grissom.

Braves have a 6.5 game lead over the dodgers for NL #1. Crazy how a little rough patch can blind you in the moment... the braves are still a very good team

I feel like Strider has a little Dig Me problem. He's great, but he starts missing just a bit he can be timed up but I am glad to see it bother him like it does.
