He was off to a rough start at AAA, so I suppose the Mets thought now was the time to sneak him through waivers. His MiLB K rate against LHH is eye-popping: 14.25. Like it.
 
guy has potential, hopefully we can reign his walks in a bit and get him back up to speed. I love no risk pickups like this. It's what a rebuilding team should be doing

And since the Braves have had so much luck with waived Mets releivers this season...
