Fulenchek, solid pick, ranked #57 by MLB.com. High upside young, power arm. Big kid, 6'4", 205lbs.

Like the pick. Seems to have quite a bit of upside which is what I think you should go after in the mlb draft. Love our first day, after not being too excited last year.

Pretty high potential with our first two picks. Both at least have the potential to be really good players.

I've always been a big fan of drafting high school players, but I have to admit that the Braves recent luck with high school kids has soured me on that some.

You need a mix, especially with these new salary rules. Plus college guys are able to fill holes quicker if need be and are more certain

I get the shuffling around of money with some teams going below slot early and then above later, but I kind of hope the Braves go through the front door this year and just grab the best signable guys they can in the slots at which they can be drafted, at least in the first few rounds. Save a bit to go over slot later, but I think the machinations often don't add up to much in terms of advantage.

This guy's swing is like baseball porn.

I have watched him play 3 or 4 times and he is the real deal. Being a Carolina fan, I am sad he will not be in Chapel Hill, but being a Braves fan I am ecstatic he will be signing.
