I like Arcia and super comfortable with him as the SS next year, but Lopez is a nice floor if Arcia falls off a cliff. I think that security is worth $3-4m

That’s why I have suggested a three year contract similar to Arcia’s.

I am not opposed to them paying him, but he and the Braves may prefer a three year deal at around $2.5 per rather than non-tender and look for a new team.
 
I have no idea how MLBTR is calculating the Braves 2024 payroll, but here are the numbers I have with 1 hole in the rotation and 2 holes on the bench...assuming the options for Morton ($20M) and Rosario ($9M) are picked up. There seems to be plenty of cash to fill those holes with good/great FAs.
