Probably not done. Yates might not make an appearance before July. And he only costs 1 million this year. I think we'll sign someone else. Maybe someone to taker over the Tomlin role.

Like I said in a different threat, there are 29 pitching coaches (and maybe Kranitz as well) who believe they can fix Newcomb. I just don't know if he would net us anything of value unless he was the tail end of a larger deal.

I’m thinking he’d be a pretty attractive piece in an Olson package. If the As want to cut payroll and still have a chance to catch lightning in a bottle with a few guys that help them compete soon, guys like Contreras and Newk are exactly the types of players they should be targeting.
