Pederson has been leading off against RHP for the Cubs and according to a lot of posters here, David Ross is about a thousand times smarter than Snitker.

I agree with that. I was reacting to the comment that Snitker was making two mistakes with Pederson when he's probably only making one given Pederson's usage pattern this season. He's not a traditional lead-off hitter, but that tradition appears to belong to an earlier era.
