Yeah, Wandy is one of those guys who just knows how to pitch. Occasionally gets rocked because he's not overpowering, but he's underappreciated for how effective he's been. Great hook, too. I have a weakness for Uncle Charlie.

Does anyone argue that Peterson is a better hitter than Heyward? Heyward is better. But Peterson is much cheaper, controlled, and plays a position where he bat plays better.

If Heyward could play SS and hit like he does he'd be the highest paid player in baseball. But he's not even a CF, he's a RF.

Im not sure what your point is. Im responding to Heyward logic of its ok to have a lower OPS because you aren't a power hitter.
