No, he's not. He makes the schedule. I think he's just trying to say these early season games are harder for UK than your average team. At least I think that's what he's trying to say. It makes no sense for him to complain about it.

We have one of the most difficult schedules in the country year in and year out. We play the #2 and #3 teams this year.. and we play on the road at UNC.

Yeah last season was tough. Duke, Baylor, and Louisville and I am giving you Baylor.

The SEC is a joke when it comes to basketball.
 
Friday could be the most important day in Illinois Basketball since the 2005 National Championship Game. Cliff Alexander, a 2014 big man from Chicago, is set to decide between Kansas, Illinois and couple other schools (by all accounts, it is down to the first 2). He is rated as a top 5 player in his class and would most likely be a one and done player. However, his commitment to Illinois would mean so much more than his one year of playing for the team. It would show that Illinois is an option for the top Chicago kids (generally the top kids in the nation too - Chicago produces unreal talent each and every year). I've seen far too many top players leave the state, and while they have every right to do so, it would be nice to see somebody step up and be THE MAN at the state university. Cliff has that chance.

The 2014 Illini should be very good, even without the addition of Cliff - but, throw him in the mix and we are talking legit National Championship Contender. I cannot wait for Friday to get here. John Groce has been exactly what this program needed and he is starting to build an Illinois program that is going to be competing for B1G titles and Final Fours year in and year out.

My guess is he commits to KU. I am hoping Cliff stays in state and heads to Illinois though. Would be nice for the conference to actually get one of these studs for a change.

Sure is a lot of momentum on the side of Illinois right now. I've tried to not get my hopes too high, but I really think he is going to pick the Illini

Huge game tonight. Really big early season game that college basketball fans can get pumped about. Can't wait. I assume everyone will be tuning into the UT/Xavier game tonight like I will?

From what i've heard Tyus likes Dook, Okafor likes Kansas, so someone must of changed their mind.
