It depends on which refs show up. Wisconsin is on the verge of being called for the least amount of fouls per game in the history of the NCAA. They always say how Wisconsin is coached not to foul. That doesn't exist. UNC matches up well with them though. Aside from Kaminsky, but nobody matches up well with him. Marcus Paige will eat whoever Bo Ryan throws at him. I promise you this.

I kinda thought SDSU might be the upset today but UVA goes down sooner.

I really don't like what the committee does at times. How do you give Dayton 3 home games? You give Georgetown a 4 but essentially make them play 2 road games vs E. wash and Utah.

I have futures on Northern Iowa and Oklahoma so big fans of them today. Bracket opens up for them with Nova and UVA out. But Ok has to play a road game and Ville wins if the refs let them grab and hack.
 
This was what. I disliked about UVA. They never have theat next gear when you are down 8 in the 2H. They also don't have that guy that is a tru go to scorer to carry the team when the opposing defense is good at stopping their sets. Sometimes you just need that 1 shooter that can light it up and unlock the defense.

I had mentioned early in the year I liked Utah. And they looked awfully impressive last night. They have some really legit 3 point shooters.
 
It is a shame that the committee put Arizona and Wisconsin in the same region. Easily 2 of the best 4 teams in the tournament.

Yeah. Arizona is probably the 3rd best team. Even if you made them a two, put them with one of the ACC schools or Nova.

They should have had Wisky and Zona on the opposite side too. How awesome would Zona/Wisky be for the right to play Kentucky?

It would be a hell of a game, might give Arz the edge as a better shot vs UK since they have the athletes to matchup with the Cats.

I'm hoping UK gets Kansas in the Elite 8 if they win today, wanna see what Self would do vs UK after a game of playing them way early in the year.

Neither are overly deep but then again UK is only going 8 deep right now.
 
Self is an awful coach, why would you wish that on him?

Kansas has no shot vs Kentucky. They may not even get by Witchita.
 
Okafor has a first half that makes you question why he wouldn't be the first pick in the draft. Did everything. Ran the floor, played defense, hit jumpers, scored at will, passed well. The way he ran the floor against an athletic team makes me question why some people don' t think he's a good athlete.

He's a hell of an offensive player, and SDSU is terrible on offense as a team.
 
You could tell two minutes into this game, before it got out-of-hand early, that Duke was a far superior team. They were crisp, smart, and all over the place on d.
 
I think Utah beats Duke. They are going to get good shots like SDSU is, but are an actual good offensive team. They are going to pick and roll Duke to death. They have bodies up front and can shoot with Duke.
