Gonazaga is better than any team Kentucky has played. Duke had to also beat Utah. Kentucky has hd the easiest road of the 4 so far.

Thought Duke would lose to Utah, was pleasantly surprised at that outcome. Thought they'd beat Gonzaga if they played and fortunately they did. Now they face the god of March. Hopefully Duke can sneak out a win but it'll be as tough a game as any they've played all season.

Regardless, pleasantly surprised with Duke making it to the final four when their defense has sucked all year. It's pretty stunning to see the difference two weeks has made.

That's why I said they WILL have had a tougher road than Duke. Wisconsin and Kentucky have to play each other - the winner will have a harder road than Duke at that point.

Not sure why I need to explain this so carefully.

Kenpom is great. I love Kenpom. But his models aren't perfect. They don't serve as an absolute ranking of all the teams, and they don't factor in match-ups.
