That one stings but not surprising.

Not having Brice was a huge blow, thought he would of been a big impact with their lack of size.

Congrats to ISU.
 
Feel bad for WSU, they arent a fraud, UK just played a hell of a game.

Louisville and Kentucky is gonna be intense.

They are a fraud. They beat Saint Louis and Tennessee for their best wins this season. They are a joke of a team and their cocky ass coach deserved to lose.

You can certainly help who you play non conference.

Maybe not a complete fraud, but all this mid major talk needs to end. Gonzaga lost last season as a one seed early on too.
 
Sweet 16 and looking good doing it. Michigan will be tough. They have looked good as well.
 
Alright bring on Virginia. Don't think they are that great, but I am definitely worried about them. Looks like Arizona is gonna roll too.
 
Lol off Witchita a fraud. They proved last year they werent and were undefeated this year. Kentucky played well, seemed to get every call, ad still barely won.

Gonzaga lost to this same Wichita St team which ended up in the Final Four last season. There's no way you could have watched today's game and not come away impressed with Wichita St.
 
Using my DVR today, I discovered that the last 10 minutes of a college basketball game, takes on average about 30-39 minutes.

That includes commercials, free throws, timeouts, inbound passes, etc.

God lord. Thank god soccer is a guaranteed 100 minutes or so. No stupid commercial breaks.

They were in the FF last year and probably should of beat Louisville.

Kentucky probably has 7-8 NBA players on it, and played well today.

There is no way you watch that game and say WSU is a fraud.
 
Yeah UK is as talented a team there is in the NCAA this yr. They've just been incredibly inconsistent. They'll hang with Florida and Louisville one week then struggle against a .500 team the next week. But they seem to have straightened out towards the end of the season. I could see them making the final 4.

Instead of whining about the injury (especially with ISU's injury); you should be complaining about how your HOF coach doesn't know how to get 2 possessions in despite there being a tie game with 50 secs. left.
 
LOL at the people that still say Roy belongs in the top coaches convo

KenPom and Nate Silver both put Louisville at 68% to win.....I'll roll with that to get me through the week.

That final four team and this years squad are a lot different. Handful of different starters this season. You can't say they are the same team. That Early kid on Wichita is dynamite though. I will say that.

Losing a game isn't impressive to me. They have a couple kids who played real well for them. Early and Baker I think were the two who kept making big shots down the stretch.

Sure they fought hard, but they were a number 1 seed. You don't deserve a pat on the back for getting beat in the second round.

Saying go for a 2 for 1 when it was tied, yeah probably.

The Niang injury was huge obviously but UNC doesnt have a ton of quality depth inside. Simmons/Hubert/James are raw. Meeks isnt physically fit to play huge minutes but did play well.

Brice was going to be a big part of that game, not playing injuries on the loss alone but it played a big factor.

6 Elite 8's, 3 FF's, 2 NCAA titles, yet he's never lost to Pitino or Izzo.

Also never lost in the 1st round like the great Pitino/K, and others.

What an awful coach indeed.
