I was called an Uncle Tom for the what 2000th time because I would not say anything good about blacks in regards to the violence. Yet I preach to black youth about when you become a man and a father be a father. I am tired actually of preaching it.

Just got off the phone with my brother who've been at that church when he lived in SC, the hurt I heard in his voice brought me to tears as he knew those people. He said the white guy just hate blacks and wanted to be a symbol for the White Supremacy nation. He called it the Racist street cred for whites. He is right. The prison he will go to will put him in a place that he will be protected unless the Feds get involved and I think they will and will not have that. He is hoping. SC has a large white prison population as well and I bet you they have those type of clans that will protect him and give him knighthood, unless the DEATH PENALTY is assess which it would and his on family member is willing to push the button. But I bet you those Negros he so despise will ask he won't get it, you know those terrible black Christians (against gay marriage and abortion) who forgave him wouldn't, you know those black hoodrats forgave him. You know who I am pointing at and it is both sides.

This tragedy should open eyes on both sides of the aisle. No gun control will ever be in control unless you shut down every gun maker in the States and the world because killers and criminals will have unlimited access, UNLIMITED, illegally. More expensive, yes, but they will get them. Good luck trying to get the guns out of the hood. Police wouldn't even dare. They better have government (libs don't like us having them) made tanks or APC's to even attempt because the hood and barrios would make mincemeat out the police.

Go **** yourself. Gun control hasn't worked and won't work. NY City's murder rate has gone up 20% since their latest gun control BS. No, it hasn't worked in Australia or England either regardless of the garbage that you believe. Mass shootings due to guns went down, yes. Mass killings due to all factors have not really been affected. Overall, murder rate not impacted but personal assaults(like rape) went up. Please tell me how more gun control would have stopped this Roof kid. I'm in the mood to hear your delusional fantasies.

If you haven't noticed Goldfly will always talk about how we need to change this but will never offer up a solution. Never once has he or anyone else offered a logical and feasible solution to prevent this

No he hasn't. All I hear is "we have to do something". Okay, what is it that we need to do? Take guns from law abiding people as well? That's not the answer. I still would like to hear how gun control would have stopped Roof.

At least three people are dead and dozens injured after a man drove his car into crowds in a square in Austria's second largest city of Graz. Guns stopped this guy yesterday from committing mass murder I see

Let me correct myself. Three dead, 34 injured in Austria by a guy who drove through a crowded market and then started stabbing people. No gun involved.

yet, every other modern developed country that has used gun control has practically cut this out of their society. why is that?

just say you are selfish and like your gun and it doesn't matter how many peoples families have to be shattered for no reason and i will respect your opinion more than your opinion now

have a bunch of times. my 8th post even mentions that we should be doing more in mental health funding etc etc

if you and dumbass garmel want to stick your head in the sand and believe we haven't covered it. have fun and just keep looking foolish

i also would start by bringing in people from these other modern western countries that have pretty much brought mass shootings to nill and maybe do what they have done.

nothing at all to do with gun violence in this country

doing nothing, the status quo isn't good enough anymore.

the violence of mass killings and gun violence around this country needs to stop and the easy access to guns is a huge problem. it needs to be addressed and the line of "more guns will solve it" is absurd. what type of society are you wanting?

if more guns would solve this problem, it would have been solved A LONG ****ING TIME AGO

Culture more than anything else. That's the difference. Have you wondered why countries with lax gun control laws don't have our problems? Have you ever wondered why the USA of yesterday didn't have these problems and we didn't have background checks or restrictions on automatic weapons back then either? Seriously, do you ever ponder these things or do you just like to stand there and spout rhetoric from Salon, TPM, or HuffPo like a mindless automaton?

Gold, if more guns is not the answer why do the cities/states with the strictest gun laws have more gun violence than states where it's easier to obtain a gun?

92% of blacks are murdered by other blacks. Now what % of that 92% do you honestly think involves a legally, registered firearm by its rightful owner? Maybe 5% at the most. You can't fix problems like that. More and harsher gun laws won't fix those problems.

Yeah, that might help somewhat but it's not even close to the whole picture. That's not enough. However, if it could get you institutionalized as well I'd be all for it.
 
I laugh at our puppet president and Hillrod, gun control is going to control what?

There are already 300 million guns out there and of the black population about 90 percent illegally got.

Hey police go to a black neighborhood and get those ILLEGAL weapons. I hope your life insurance can absorb the deaths.

Now white insane peeps you might get them, but you might find a grenade or something else that would go off, you know they target schools, work places, malls, churches, so you never know.
