A. I don't know that CNN is expressly paid by the US Government, but I do think they're granted more access based on how willing they are to comply with the US Government. Maybe they get both? Who knows.

B. People get news from CNN? Damn. Only people I assume who get their news from CNN also decide what products to buy based off Consumer Reports and read Roger Ebert's reviews. (sorry couldn't help myself
