Back and forth all day. I stopped watching the Cotton Bowl at halftime and flipped over to Outback Bowl. Melvin Gordon is the real deal. Always delightful to see Auburn lose, especially on a missed field goal.

So you aren't one of those fans then? Who roots for their conference no matter what school it is.

Neither am I. Yes I want the B1G to win their bowl games, but will never want Ohio State and Michigan to win.

Yeah and I am sure it's fair for Maryland to travel like 1600 miles and Stanford is a three minute drive from the bowl location too.

Most true Georgia fans are taught this.

Rule 1: Never root for Florida.
Rule 2: Never root for Tech.
Rule 3: If they play each other, see above.

Beyond that, rooting for any orange teams (Florida, Auburn, Tennessee, Clemson) is discouraged. And why openly root for Alabama or LSU or anyone else? Them winning championships can only hurt my team in recruiting. So yeah, I could care less what any other team in the conference does. Doesn't mean I don't have respect for what it has accomplished as a whole. As for tonight, I'll root for Alabama because I don't like Ohio State or Urban. But I won't lose sleep if Alabama loses, either.
