College Football Thread

The thing is Mizzou actually has a good defense. Just a bad match up for them as they are more of a pass rushing team. Defending against the Read option isn't their bread and butter.

This is horrible to watch. This is not real football. Might as well be playing flag football because tackling has become a lost art in college football

Still think Alabama was the best, most complete team in the league. As fun as it can to be watch scoring, this is tough to get through.

After tonight, the Southeastern Conference can no longer claim they are superior because of the defense. SEC defense was set back 50 years tonight.

That said, congrats to Auburn. Better team tonight

Played FSU even for a quarter, better than anyone has done against FSU this season. FSU is really, really, really good. Great athletes that seem to play with pretty good composure and don't miss tackles.

With that said, Winston pissed me off tonight with how much trash he was talking. When you're FSU against Duke in football, you don't even need to talk, it's implied just by glancing at the history books once.

Really looking forward to that Fiesta Bowl matchup: Baylor vs UCF

I hope they go with the Bama vs Oregon matchup in the Sugar Bowl. Think a lot of people would tune into that one.

I will go ahead and say that MSU should be in the title game discussion. Auburn needed such luck on order to win a handful of games this season. They do have an impressive set of wins as well though. Now absolutely I am very happy about the Rose Bowl, but if this were next season Michigan State has to be in the playoff.
