So I know the awesome schools are all in the west, but the other division leader lost a home game to Indiana. Yes an SEC division leader lost to Indiana.

I will continue my prediction through the top 10.

5. Oregon

6. TCU

7. Kansas State

8. Arizona (Assuming they beat UCLA)

9. Michigan State

10. Notre Dame

Yes I have my Spartans dropping after a bye because well that is most likely to happen.

I would put Notre Dame 6th and Michigan St. 7th. But other than that I think we're close in agreement. ND has a couple of good wins and one good loss and Mich St. has one good lose with honestly no good wins but they did play Oregon tough.

I would love to see K-State get a shot at the championship.

Weso, my man! What took you all so long to play Dobbs?:icon_biggrin:

Apparently he's Tim Tebow in practice. But vs. South Carolina he had arguably the best game a UT QB has had since Manning. Should make you Bama fans feel much better. He's just got a great instinct for the game.

3rd ad 14 and run another draw --- c'mon guys. This is about some boring ass football

are there any QB's or WR in the SEC besides Cooper at Ala ?

Out of 14 tams one skill player that would get on the field for FSU

LMFAO!

Gurley, any Bama RB, Sammy Coates, Pharoah Cooper, just to name a few.

You are 1000 x worse than any SEC fan. It's got to the point that I can't tell if you're trolling anymore or if you actually believe this garbage.

Beating Nebraska is a much better win than anything Notre Dame has.

Was gonna say Stanford, but didn't realize they have 4 losses now. Hard to believe considering the teams they have had lately.

Their offense is so gross. They have awful quarterback play as well. Their defense is pretty solid, but they can't shut teams out to make up for a lack of offense.

Outside of a couple players I think overall the SEC is an over-hyped fraud this season. The Mississippi teams -- really?
Outside of Alabama and maybe Auburn I see slow, unimaginative, poorly coached team after team after team.

I probably wouldn't have a case if the Mississippi teams were ranked (viewed) as they should be, perhaps borderline top ten teams. Perhaps !
But as it stands ( meaning people continue to prop up MSU) my case is strong.

Let me ask, why with the pitiful QB play in the SEC every team doesn't line up 7 or 8 in the box and make these QB's beat them? Kinda what Florida did yesterday. If that was the case people wouldn't bore me with talk about all of the quality running games in the SEC.

Pitiful QB play?

Dak Prescott is practically a shoe in for Heisman at this point. You do realize he is putting up numbers just as good or better as your boy Winston at this same time last yr right?

They are way more quality QBs in the SEC than the ACC.

Last year Winston had a QB Rating of 184.8 and threw for 40 TD's AND led his team to a National Championship AS a red shirt Freshman.

If I am not mistaken that is the highest rating and most TD's of any CFB QB.
Ever

I have to say I was really impressed the way (the Senior) Prescott put Arkansas and Kentucky away.
Let's see how he does against Tenn-Martin this weekend before we go ... as The Wolf told Vincent Vega

You in fact are mistaken. Hell it wasn't even the best season in history from a college QB in the state of Florida

Prescott has the same amount of overall TDs through 8 games as Winston had last yr. And he has about 200 more yards of total offense. All while playing an immensely harder schedule. In fact, if they win out till the the playoffs, then MSU will have played 6 ranked teams. FSU played 3 ranked teams last yr before Auburn.

But don't let little things like facts get in the way of your incoherent rants.

Tebow and Scam averaged that many per game as well. Several college QBs do. He's a huge guy with a huge OL in front of him. I feel pretty confident he'll be ok.

And not sure exactly what I was wrong about. If you're talking about the best QB in state of FlorIda bit, then all you did was compare Passing TD'S. Tebow had over 50 total TDs in 07

Kidding aside, MSU mght be better served holding Prescott out of the Tenn-Martin game. He looked like Byron Leftwich out there yesterday.

Not sure how you compare running QB's to traditional QB's.
Tebow was a bear - but Winston takes over games. Tebow was a factor. And, that is no small fete.

Watching State of Florida football for over 40 years I've seen some QB's !! From Wes Chandler to Jameis Winston. In that group there were 7 Heisman Trophy winners, Jim Kelly and Bernie Kosar. I wish I had a nickel for all of the first round picks and out of them all, no one of them effects a game the way Winston does. In that respect , Montana, Unitas, Staubach ,( Bradshaw maybe- in his later years) . CFB- Flutie. He'd win games with what looked like pick up teams. But watching a BC game you just knew he would do something -- or he would start some kinda play to make that difference. Winston has that right now.

2nd half Thursday night for instance he made throws 2/3 of NFL QB's don't make. Very experienced football people have told me that.

I'm sure Prescott is good and he can become a factor but watching this kid for 2 years and Prescott for a few games, I don't see an apples for apples comparison

Regardless what you think of golden child Winston, the point remains. Dak Prescott is virtually a shoe in for Heisman barring some late season breakdown. So stop with the "SEC has no QBs" bull mess.
