SEC officials, minus the Georgia/Kentucky game, have been brutal today. That should be offsetting.

Honestly I preferred it this way. Leave it on the field and let the teams decide. It would have been much more guy wrenching to go 12-1 and make it. Don't get me wrong this stings really badly.

They definitely made a statement tonight. However the B1G was on the outside looking in for a playoff spot. MSU was the conferences only chance to make it. At least in my opinion. They are a very good team though and Barrett is going to win the Heisman next season. Kid is unreal.

As much it pains me to say, Bama almost looked like an NFL team on that last drive. Some great play calling and some great throws/run by Sims. Played very cool and collected.

Though, I'm sure at least part of that was poor scheming by LSU.
