Games are not won or lost on one play.
Ole Miss had 59 minutes and 40+ seconds to win. But, this one play ... I don't buy it. Ole Miss lost to Auburn who lost to Tex A&M who lost to -- just about everyone

Another issue is Watching the Noles they continuously win the 2nd half. As in, these games are not decided in the first half (30 minutes of 60)
Just like in baseball, doesn't matter who is ahead in the 4th inning. Did the Oakland A's get anything for leading in the 7th inning vs KC ?

Quick, what was the half time score Heat vs Spurs game 3 of NBA Finals last year ?
The heat eventually lost, but do they get pagaent points for keeping it close in the first half

No matter the sport.
I guess closest you could come with those arguments would be NASCAR where points are given for laps in the lead.
But leading 199 of 200 laps doesn't mean you get to kiss the girl !!
 
So as much as I hate to say it, Ohio State is legit. Barrett is winning the Heisman next season. I wonder where Braxton Miller will end up next season because he sure as **** isn't getting his job back.

What are you even talking about? The outcome of the game doesn't affect my life. I can still be pumped for a sports game and the return of the best running back in the sport. You should probably just stop watching.

That's a fair point. For me it's always been the Rose Bowl. They finally got one last season and it was awesome. Now the playoff is here and the Rose Bowl is essentially thrown out now. That's my biggest issue.

That's becase the Rose Bowl was retarded, and kept conference affiliations regardless of the best team. Either adapt or get left in the dust...
