Congrats to Mizzou. They got healthy at the right time, especially on the DE. Best pair of pass rushing DE in the country. Certainly a very good defensive team, but offensively they are limited. Will be a challenge for Bama, Miss St or Ole Miss. But I doubt they have the horse to defeat Bama or Miss St.

Who has Duke beat? Or Wisconsin? Don't think anyone said Mizzou was all that great. They're a bottom top 25 team, imo. Just like Duke and Wisconsin. Wisconsin is probably best of the group.

Well Mizzou's other DE recently got healthy and that's really allowed their defense to take off. But with that in mind they certainly benefitted from playing in the SEC East which is just not a good division this year. SEC East is about on par with The Big Ten or ACC this season outside of OSU and FSU.

Odd that they could go thru an SEC schedule and not beat anyone yet play in championship game.

It is odd. That's a good word for it. Very strange to have one division so good and the other so weak. But that's the way it was this season.

So we all know this won't happen, but how awesome would it be if Missouri beats Alabama? Madness would ensue for sure. The real question is how many spots for Missouri jump? 10 spots? All the way into the playoffs? Would love to see the pundits try and spin that one.

So it's all lining up for the Spartans and Dawgs to meet up on yet another NYD bowl this season. I like Georgia, but I think the schools are sick of playing each other.

Sorry I meant a selection committee bowl game. Peach, Cotton, Orange, and Fiesta bowls are the four this season.
