College Football Thread

Rumors flying around that Golden has told Miami he's leaving for Penn St, haven't seen anyone big, confirm it.

Again showing you don't know **** about college football. Duke was a good team this yr and had a very good offense. And A&M still won. I don't think anyone was saying A&M was a juggernaut either.

UGA was without their best player and leader in Aaron Murray and still nearly beat Nebraska with a back-up QB. If Murray isn't injured they win that game easy.

Yes Bama got beat. Oklahoma is a good team too and it was a 7 pt game with less than 2-3 min left, so quit acting like Bama got rolled. It was a very good, close game all the way to the end pretty much.

Personally, I'm pulling for Florida St to beat Auburn, but either way there is no way Florida St is going to wax Auburn. Auburn's offense is up there with the best in college football. Should be a fun game to watch.

You realize Nebraska played its third string QB, right?

Oklahoma is not a good team. Neither is Duke. Footballoutsiders has Duke 36 and Oklahoma 23. And yet the big bad SEC looks like **** against both.

Can't wait for FSU to curb stomp Auburn. The already over rated conference has come back to earth.

Playoff would be great this year. Love to see Clemson, FSU, Oregon stomp the SEC. Nice defense that conference plays. There is only 1 elite SEC team this year and they lost last 2 to Auburn and Oklahoma.

Lol Oregon. LOLOLOLOLOLOL.

And Clemson...I just....wow.

Who besides Bama is good in the SEC this year? Mizzou? They are pretty good but lost to the gimmic no defense Auburn. Auburn wi be exposed.

South Carolina? Prolly top 15.

A&M? Lol

UGA- beaten by Clemson

Clemson (the second best ACC team) is equal to or less than LSU, UGA, Auburn, Bama, Mizzou, A&M and South Carolina. So you have 7 teams in the SEC that are at least as good as Clemson and you still think it's an underrated conference. Those were all legitimately good teams in the SEC this year.

You've got at most 3 good teams in the ACC this year.

You've got at most 6 good teams in the PAC 12 this year.

You've got at most 3 good teams in the Big 12 this year.

And at most 4 good teams in the Big 10 this year.

Really the only conference that competed with the SEC this year was the PAC 12. The others just don't even compete.

I will say that the SEC does not have the best team this year. However, let's keep in mind that FSU is in the southeast.

Still not sure if I'll bet the game but if I had to....I would lay the 10.5 and take FSU. Just can't see Auburn slowing them down unless Jameis chokes but the way he played through the rape thing, I find it hard to believe he will do so.

UGA- beaten by Clemson

Clemson beaten by Carolina. UGA could have beaten them, too. Lost their top receiver on the third offensive play of the game.

And it's early, but Auburn up 14-3 on FSU. And they beat Alabama and Mizzou. But yea, keep saying ignorant things.

Good luck FSU trying to stop this run game in the second half when the defense is tired.

LMAO!

So overrated. 7-2 may be 8-2 (looking good so far) in bowl play....

OVERRATED I SAY!!
