Let Medlen get a few more starts in the minors, he's only thrown 21 innings this year, then have him come up if Wisler continues to do Wisler things.

They said Medlen won't be ready. Blair was activated and starts tonight. I'd say could very well be Wisler and Blair. I just can't see them calling up Sims after his last few starts. Don't forget Luke Jackson has started also.
