My brunch today. Leftover Garlic lime flank steak from my tacos, deliciously scrambled eggs (I basically went with a soft scrambled egg, which is my favorite), some cilantro (or else why even burrito?) I used a cream cheese schmear on the bottom to give a breakfast switch on sour cream, and I seared the burrito in a flat pan with just a bit of bacon fat, because animal fats make everything taste better.
Overall it's one of the best things I have made recently. Though the actual tacos last night were quite exceptional.
In the background is a basic and classic tequila sunrise. I put in a little more OJ as I am not even a little bit of a fan of silver tequila and try to cover the taste as much as possible.
