That is a step in the right direction but it needs to go further. A thorough examination needs to take place of police officers already on the job in most cities is needed to weed out the terrible cops. Relocate many of the white police officers so that the police department is reflective of the community that it serves. Then build up these communities with more black own and ran businesses. Redevelop these neighborhoods with better housing so that police doctors lawyers....people with careers will live in these communities. Part of these must fall back on us black people we must stop taking our money out of our communities and giving it to others.

This is why BLM is an important movement in our history. Its helping to educate many of us on the black own businesses that are around us that we should support. I know I have just taken my money out of Chase and WF and moved it to a black owned bank. I have encouraged my family and friends to do the same. Hopefully this will help the bank lend to more people of color to start businesses that can help our communities.

And then once your in your community as a police officer you will be required to arrest x amount of people and write x amount of tickets a week or you will be given poor performance reviews, denied promotions, and either transferred or fired.

Why delete it. It should be kept up. What needs to happen is information about this poster so he can be fired (or boycott his business) from any employment that requires him to have contact with African Americans just like the SC fire captain in this article.

Careful Fitty, weso may be getting to that breakthrough point where he has to either admit to the existence of racism OR the existence of class warfare (and I mean the real kind, the way it really works, not the silly BS kind they make fun of on Faux).

Oh and you want an example? Since the 1960s it has been illegal and unconstitutional for anyone to commit gerrymandering based on race, but since everybody knows how everybody votes nowadays you can just gerrymander based on politics/voting preferences, which we all know has the same effect, but just has a more sanitary wrapper around it. Oh and don't get me wrong if those same voters voted so consistently for Repubs the Dems would be trying to disenfranchise those people and the Repubs would be screaming bloody murder about the horrible evil that is gerrymandering.

Wrong I have NEVER advocated voilence against police officers. Hello my Mother is a retired cop. My Uncle is a cop. 4 cousins are cops and 2 are NJ state Troopers. My god father who is Italian is a Newark Detective.

No never against cops. Im against bad cops who hurt the reputations of great cops who put their lives on the line each damn day!!!!! Please get it right!!!!!

Your John Kasich folksy ignorance playbook gets a bit old at times. Obviously to anyone who can read I've pointed out that racism exists. I've also pointed out that poor people are disadvantaged when it comes to the justice system. I think maybe I've rocked the boat a bit when it comes to the blind acceptance that systematic racism exists. To that I accept guilt.
