If Cuomo believes he is innocent then he shouldn't resign. He should demand that the NY legislature impeach him and allow him a chance to defend himself in a trial.

If he did what he's alleged to have done then he should resign immediately.

I believe in due process and a presumption of innocence. I don't think people should be punished based on an accusation.

I mean to be fair he signed the law, so he should be able to offer an interpretation. So if Cuomo says there is no sexual harassment why shouldn't we take his word.

In some ways it is like a certain poster saying show me evidence that masks work. And whatever you show him he says nope that's not proof.

Cuomo thinks it's worth a shot. Good luck to him. It's just the word of 11 women. very poorly chosen one had over 40 women plus his own words on video.
