Maybe letting this progress as far as it has gives hope though. The judge didn't have to allow this inquiry into fanni to start with.
 
Judge faces a lot of pressure to do the right thing vs do what he expected to do.

I can tell you the State Bar of Georgia doesn't care one bit whether she's Republican or Democrat. If she violated the Rules of Professional Responsibility they'll go after her.

The State Bar of Georgia is charged with maintaining the integrity of the legal profession in Georgia. They take that seriously.
 
Here's the thing. There doesn't have to be an actual conflict of interest for Willis to be disqualified. If letting her represent the State would create an "appearance of impropriety" then the judge could boot her.

This could go either way.

I will say the money changing hands is a big deal. The judge singles that out today. There's no way to know who ended up on the better end of the transaction but that might not matter. The prosecution as good as admitted there was no way to show whether Willis actually paid back Wade for everything he bought for her. The judge could seem that enough.

How was she unaware that hiring him as a contractor meant he was an employee ?

Yes they admitted there’s no trial for money paid, paid back which is impossible

There is straight up perjury here. Whether we can come to any other conclusion over the money lying to the court in a sane world should disqualify her.

Apparently that office is under a strict gag order. They expect more to fall on other topics now that they’ve seen how loose she played with this.
 
Let me reiterate, Stryker. Beyond actually catching the two having sex you can't get more proof of perjury here.
 
I havent followed the case closely but if Garmel is sure they are guilty I like their chances. He is about as right as a broken clock.

Eh - They are trying to distract now from the fact that GA was completely stolen in 2020 and there is more evidence now than there has ever been.

Judge Scott McAfee has ruled that Fulton County DA Fani Willis **WILL NOT** be disqualified from prosecuting the racketeering case against Donald Trump — but because of the appearance of impropriety she or the special prosecutor she had a relationship with must step down from the case.
 
Judge's take. Lol

"Even after considering the proffered cellphone testimony from Defendant Trump, along with the entirety of the other evidence, neither side was able to conclusively establish by a preponderance of the evidence when the relationship evolved into a romantic one"

1) Records show they were calling each other 6 times a day and texting each other about 35 times a day.

2) Cellphone pings show that Wade spent the night with Fani several times. He went to her house 35 times

3) 4 witnesses said they were together during this time.

Besides actually catching them actually doing it I don't how much more evidence you need.
