Tried and failed to assassinate the GOP candidates for governor in NY.

He was released and walking free today.

"Mr. Jakubonis, 43, of Fairport, N.Y., was charged with attempted assault in the second degree, according to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, and released on his own recognizance. Since 2020, under New York law, judges have been barred from setting bail on the charge of attempted assault, a nonviolent felony; previously, prosecutors would have had the option to request that Mr. Jakubonis be held on bail."

At least we got those non violent 60 year old grandma's in prison though.

Booohoooo so unfair to ask for a fair justice system in America.

I think the new New York law on pre-trial incarceration is a bit too lax. But I don't see it as part of a plot by the elites, academics, leftists, pedos and experts to destroy America. It is a policy matter about which reasonable people can hold a variety of views.
