Well yeah, eat the rich and all that, but even as a supporter of immigration, I don’t find it reasonable to suggest the rich will just give migrants a wing of their mansion. Happy to have a broader conversation about what the rich could do to help with societal problems, though!
 
How about not kick them out after 24 hours and back up what you preach.

Not sure why it’s unreasonable for wealthy people who claim diversity makes us better to actually house some migrants.

My idea would be to raise taxes on em and use the funds for various worthy projects. Such as the enhanced child tax credit that did so much to reduce childhood poverty last year. I'd be ok with confiscating a wing of their mansion if there were a practical way of doing it. But it seems to me we can use the tax code to more effectively accomplish some worthy goals.
 
Btw is anyone else surprised DeSantis had to go to Texas to find these migrants. Surely he could have found a few in Miami and done the same at lower cost to the Florida taxpayer.

That's what is so crazy to me. Everyone truly does know it. They know that the border is insane, they know that transgender children are insane, they know letting violent criminals loose is insane, they know the covid mandates are insane, they know the fbi and doj have turned political.
