So my opinion is Turner will run fast somewhere with an average arm. But he can't hit.

If Turner being fast and maybe a decent SS is all that it takes to put him in the Nats future plans then the Braves have 2 guys who are in that category (Peraza, Albies)

Looks like Albies was rated higher than Turner by Klaw.....

So if that is what it takes to be a top 100 guy (1 elite tool) then I guess Turner is that guy. Being ranked 15+ spots behind a younger player who is 150 lbs is probably not great, but Klaw loves upside!
