How long till ozuna gets his OPS into the 800s?
Nothing exciting about it this win. This pitching is a mess and the offense is still dead.
Better than Dansby, that’s for dang sure …
Best record in the NL… 5.5 games in first… come on man…

He’s just pulling your leg man …
The Braves just finished a 17 game stretch against BAL, BOS, TOR, TEX, SEA, LAD and went 8-9. And they could’ve easily went 9-8 or 10-7.
The pitching staff does have question marks, but you guys were really under-selling the quality of this team during this series.

Go look at Dansby’s statcast page. It’s freaking elite.
Good for him.

Dansby being 89th percentile in chase rate is insanely shocking to me
That is the toughest stretch of baseball I can ever remember the Braves playing, schedule-wise. 17 straight against winning teams plus Sea. 33 of the Braves first 49 games have been against either winning teams or playoff teams from last year, including those 17 straight with four more to go. That is kind of insane. The Braves are 16-17 in those games, and 14-2 against the rest.
What's surprising to me is that Swanson is currently the best hitter (although Bogaerts is right there with him) among the big name SS free agents from last year.
Seager and Semien are hitting substantially better than any of them. Guess the Rangers were right when they targeted those 2 instead of any of last years group.
I don't feel like the 3-9 combined record against Houston, SD, and LA can be ignored considering those are three teams that truly stand between the Braves and the ring.
