Does anyone understand Stat II really well?

It's OVER 5,000!
My professor will likely not answer questions we email him this weekend, and I want to know if I did this problem correctly. Does anyone out there understand wilcoxon signed-rank tests really well? I basically need to know if my Ho and Ha are correct, and if I'm using the right critical value.

PS stat ii sucks
 
I won't remember any of this by next semester, and I won't ever have to.
Good thing I'm taking this class, though.

Put it this way, I hated that class more than any class I ever took (requirement for BS in Information Technology) and guess what the second most hated was, you guessed it, Stats I.
 
I love math. Got my degree in Computer Engineering. Lots of Calc. But Stat I hated and still do. Such a dumb class.
 
If I sat down and looked at it I would know it but I haven't seen that crap in ages.
 
I loved stats. Really the only classes I got like 100% in. But, I still am drawing a blank.
 
Vaguely remember this. Actually made a B in stats II somehow. But I recall having to go to the Math lab almost on a daily basis that semester to figure it all out. My professor was Korean and very hard to understand.
