I haven't read the EO but I'm generally in favor of much more aggressive monopoly busting. That will be the deciding factor here, is the EO for show, or does the administration aggressively go after monopolies? I hope they do.

I really wish people would look back at the original federal income tax legislation and see that it only taxed the very wealthy and that it did so at a high rate.
Seeing that may change some views on income taxes, and help people understand why the term "slippery slope" gets used so enthusiastically.
Where are the capitalists here praising how all of our money went to Chinese companies and now the CCP through regulation basically took hundreds of billions in wealth? And now we are going to hand over endless inventory of homes to blackrock so our next generation doesn't own a thing.

This is end stage capitalism since concentration of wealth will always be the final product. And you can never have true capitalism when you have so many bad players on the world market which has been my point from the very beginning.
Pretending that we should trade any goods with the CCP moving forward is a delusion and just writing our obituaries. Full detachment from the CCP is the only way forward.

Our government has its hands in all corporate interests. Subsidies, tax breaks, incentives, lobbying, mandates, etc.
That is not what capitalism is yet useful idiots who demand more government interference frame it as such
Human greed will never disappear. You need government to regulate those that try to continue the consolidation of wealth in this world.

The consolidators are the government.
The federal reserve is the biggest culprit. They have managed to create the greatest wealth inequality in world history.
In collaborations with the global aristocracy who are the biggest benefactors from their policies.
We need drastic change in how we view economics moving forward or else we are headed for a global feudal state. Government is needed to protect US citizens.

Reduce the size of federal government by 80%.
End all corporate welfare.
End the federal reserve.
That would be a big start.

Well yeah, we need to elect officials willing to cut their own significance.
Trump failed miserably.
Definitely failed in many ways but the changes that were beginning to happen prior to the CCP bioweapon were noticeable. At least his senseless spending was accompanied by excellent growth. Means to an end.
Until we rid ourselves of the control that the global aristocracy holds over us we will never get out of where we are going.
