Chop. US firms are not eating tarrifs. The countries themselves are writing monthly checks to the US treasury to cover what they owe us

Well you are referencing conservations pre-vacation. Quite a bit has changed in 2 months, including tariff policy.

Also inflation went up in June in case you were wondering

1. Do you at least now accept the fact that tariffs are paid by US entities? Whether it's the consumer or the business, the money is coming from the United States

2. Do you understand that if the onus is on the business to eat the costs, that that disproportionately crushes small businesses?

3. Do you believe the large corporations will simply eat lower margins forever? If they do, is that a good thing for future investments and job creations?

Ah yes - inflation since the only impact here could have been tariffs.
 
or help me understand what we got with the South Korea annoucenement? A country where we already had 100% free trade with. What is the negotiation there for?

BBB is fantastic on the whole. One of the first massive spending cut bill in a long time that will allow us to expel the third world trash in this country.

Putin is showing that Trump and people like me were wrong in that he does not want to come to the table.

Back to tariffs now - When are we going to start seeing the large 'TAXES!' on consumers. How much of an increase would you expect to see?
