I don’t, but I also don’t know that they’ve proven the “fraud” side to the extent they’re comfortable claiming. If you don’t care about or support the initiatives being funded, I can absolutely see the outrage in terms of waste, but I’ve seen little to suggest that the grants themselves are fraudulent, which has been a key distinction in the right-wing reporting of USAID funding.
