If they defend trying to overthrow the 2020 election, Jan 6, and Trump's various crimes he was indicted for there is nothing that will make them see the light. If a person simply likes Trump's policies and don't care about his crimes and corruption that's fine with me, but not being able to see what's right in front of them and hear the words coming out of his mouth is a joke at this point. That's literally why they're self defeating, instead of operating in a free trade agreement, they're retaliating because we're not doing so.

Are you that dense? They retaliate because they're not going to let the US devalue their currency and trade capabilities. The only reason to ever issue a tariff is if a country is manipulating their currency as a way to exploit international trade. Or as a means of economic warfare.

Yes they did. As someone who does business with Canada I can attest they do.

They are bigger exporters than importers because that's how our economy functions. Before Trump's trade war I could free sell products to people in canada with no catches. Only downside was shipping was a lot more because it involved handoffs between USPS or using UPS which costs more the further it goes.

Now it's not worth dealing with because the whole Tariff bull****. And we're deleting products we've carried because tariffs because it will make the cost of them not worth stocking.

All us Organizations? No they did retaliatory tariffs on wood and steel products when the US put tariffs on canadian products. As far as my knowledge goes, Canada never first introduced a tariff on a US product.

It seemed like you are hedging a bit and thats smart - I'll give you even more time to do some research before I show you how Canada has many protective measures in place against US goods being imported to their country.
