Trump’s been railing on for months about how crucial it is to win this case even though it clearly doesn’t matter because the “tariffs will remain without interruption” and also this loss will build enthusiasm for the midterms even though he’s way underwater on this very issue

Process is important. It’s legal to fish in some places if you get there by walking a navigable stream or river, but not by driving there.

Incredible that some have convinced themselves otherwise.
The second that Gorsuch asked whether a future president could use the same process to unilaterally declare a climate emergency and force his/her polices on us, and the administration’s lawyers conceded the point, anyone to the right of AOC should’ve been cheering today’s outcome.

If Trump had equally effective legal options, why didn’t he take those over the illegal option?
Cause its an opinion on power. He believes and his team believed he did but a few other lawyers said he didn't.
But in reality Trump always had the power but you have to make sure to dot your I's and cross your T's!

Its fantastic that even more confusion and administrative bloat has been created to get to the same end result.
But its fine - This train isn't stopping. Investment into the US is not going to stop. And countries are still goign to want to sell us their goods despite them eating the majority of the tariffs.

Yes - The intetion was to change the world order which is going to result in this. Adding on with no change in end result is unnecessary accretive impact.
