Facts matter:

Average domestic oil production under President Biden is now HIGHER
than under Trump or any past president. Republicans who say gas prices
are high because Biden somehow shut down American energy production
are just plain LYING.

Fascinating how dumb D voters are

For more than two decades, Congressman Pascrell has fought for the preservation of our air, land, and water in order to ensure a safe and healthy environment for future generations to come. He believes that we must protect our finite natural resources from polluting industries and use every tool available to combat climate change. Bill frequently reminds his skeptical colleagues across the aisle that the impacts of climate change are undeniable because they are already here. He has taken an active role in advancing legislation such as the Green New Deal.

The Green New Deal encompasses two major aspects of Bill’s mission in Washington: environmental conservation and job creation. Bill is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions while simultaneously establishing high-wage jobs, ensuring both economic and environmental security for all Americans. Bill believes this goal is attainable only if we mobilize every facet of American skill and ingenuity to combat this existential threat of our time.

Prices go up, quantity demanded goes down. Does Bill want us buying less fossil fuels or not?

Quickly turned that into the most unpopular president in record time. That’s quite the task.

That is what happens when the American people never chose you in the first place.

Absolute incompetence but it may be a good thing that this happened. Democrat party will be destroyed now.

This is where the textbook guys and traditional republicans always get it wrong.

Concentration of wealth, regardless of how we got here, is going to be the undoing of civilization. We still need a capitalistic system with strong checks on monopolies while simultaneously re-visiting how to define a monopoly.

you are living in a fantasy if you think we have been in a free market system over the last 40 years.

we are essentially socialist... and that always benefits the top

But we are socialist because of the special interests from corporations that basically buy off politicians through golden parachute board seats after they leave office (and conveniently vote on anything that helps that business).

Socialism and end stage capitalism are not all that different in the end results.

Free markets is not buying off politicians for bailouts and special interests.

We are.in this mess because.of the government picking winners and losers

In my opinion your blind spot is ignoring human nature.

Its not a simulation. End stage capitalism will always look like what we are seeing now.

you are not comprehending what I'm saying.

capitalism is not what you are blaming capitalism for.

corrupt people is what you are blaming capitalism on.

capitalism would have resulted in the motor industry and housing crisis and financial crisis to go bankrupt... what we did instead was bail them out by printing trillions of dollars, causing an enormous asset bubble and and inflated dollar.

that is not capitalism

But does capitalism exist in a world where humans are running the show?
