Marijuana now legal in over half the US. It even got a higher percentage of the vote than abortion. The DEA is supposedly weighing rescheduling based on the HHS recomendation and I cant help but wonder wtf takes so long. I really want a day by day explanation of what they are doing to "discuss" this. I know damn well they are just sitting on it doing absolutely nothing. It doesnt take this long to do any of this. It takes about half a workday. It could be done by noon on the first day it was handed to them.

Last I checked you did not support marijuana legalization despite admitting to using it.
I still don't support its usage and like abortion it will take time for people to understand the impacts.
I'm not stupid enough though to run on a position we need to make weed illegal though.

You are against big nanny state government but think people need to be conditioned to accept putting people in cages for smoking a naturally growing plant that was used as medicine for thousands of years before the US federal government got involved. Freedom isnt being allowed to only make government approved good decisions. Marijuana has proven results helping people with PTSD. You know, cops, soldiers, why do you want these people to suffer and commit suicide?
