Fair

No, the alleged rape is not an issue.

There have been other incidents with a sense of entitlement that seems to be at the root . As in everyday rules of society don't apply or register. As it sits he is one bad game from public opinion swaying strong the other way.

Which is my question -- yes he is 20 but the fact he throws mid 90's baseball and has instincts coming out of his ears on the grid iron ---

it comes across his athletic talent out weighs his immature indiscretions.
Should he be held to a higher standard / does he get preferential treatment overtly or covertly
Fair to him and/or the others ?

Ok, yeah, I agree with all that. Not a huge fan of his demeanor.
However, physical freaks like him have and always will get 100 chances, or more. It is what it is. There's too much at stake and too much $$$ on the table to actually do something about it. If you don't give him another chance, someone else surely will.

One idea being floated is football players have been getting free-bes from Publix for years Jameis took the fall due to his notoriety. Further, a mid level manager will be looking for a job shortly

I guessed I titled the thread "Fair"------------ fair enough !!

But somehow in some way or fashion it keeps coming back to that meaning of "fair"
which isn't a bad thing
