Farewell, Cleveland Indians

I just saw this and thought oh $hit we’re next. I hope they don’t bc it’s not offensive.

I’ve about had it with all of this nonsense. Hopefully the Braves ignore it. Only way is do it would be if it was the consensus of actual fans. If outsiders complained I’d bring back the teepee and the scalp em signs.

Cleveland should consider Neanderthals or Denisovans. The Braves can have whichever one they don't go with.

Chicago Blackhawks and KC Chiefs should be changed before we would be on the chopping block based on the PC-police rankings.

I am an Atlanta Braves fan. Not a Milwaukee Braves fan. Not an Atlanta Thunder fan. If they change the name the team I grew up on is dead and I dont plan on being a part of this new teams fanbase. I'll wait for an expansion team somewhere one day. And quite frankly the good will I have to native americans would be gone too. Horrible **** was done to them that shouldnt have. If they think having teams named after them like this is insulting them **** em imo. I would love to have a team called the Coonasses. Or Ragin Cajuns(as a professional team).

The Braves aren't offensive it's mainly the Chop that folks don't like. That's been dropped, essentially, so it shouldn't be an issue.

Recently the Braves released a t-shirt that said "Ball Player" in the language of syllabary.

The proceeds go to the New Kituwah Academy and Cherokee Speakers Council. This is the right way to go.

The Atlanta Braves have partnered up with the Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians to produce a Syllabary t-shirt to help bring awareness to the native language.

I ordered one the other day when I found out about it.
