It's OVER 5,000!
With prospects, the most important season is always the most recent, and he's out up an OPS of over .800 at every stop.
I may have overstated, but I would easily take any 2 of the 3 instead of Olivera, and given the state of our team, I'd take Williams alone over Olivera.
I don't like Olivera, not as something with much value in a trade. He is 'cheap' only if he actually produces, he's 30 with significant risk, and he was blocked with the Dodgers. That makes little sense for the Braves unless we view 2017 as a 'must win' year at the expense of future value. Which I wouldn't like.
Right, but Olivera is so risky that the Dodgers gave him a ton of money, with many teams in hot pursuit. He's supposed to be a really good player.
