I saw an interview with the Brown families attorney and he acknowledged it was him.
 
Officer allegedly suffered an "orbital blowout fracture to eye socket". Does this information, if actually true, change anything?

My guess is probably not and rioting should resume.

Still surprised we haven't seen any video leaked, can't imagine there actually isn't any if there were 12 witnesses.

ANd remember the operative word is confirmed. Not believe not could be nothing else. Just spend 5 minutes googling and found nothing where the attorney said for sure it was him in the video I found these 2 blurbs

"When asked if the family believes it is their son in the video, Grey said “they haven’t examined it for that purpose,” but “there’s no reason not to believe that it’s him.” Another Brown family lawyer, Benjamin Crump, also said the person in the video appears to be Michael Brown."

Neither of them are saying it was him. One said it appears to be him which isnt sayingit is.

Why do we even need to believe a story yet? Why not just wait and see what evidence is presented?

We don't even know if these protests are even warranted. Could be that the cop did the right thing. Could be that he's just a cold blooded murderer. Sad that so many have their minds already made up even though they've looked like fools on a few other similar racial issues.

The evidence that has come out (autopsy) has already disproved the first story. You can't decide what is the right story but you can certainly eliminate some options based on what has been found already.

One of the possible scenarios is that Brown bum rushed the officer. Its important to know that Brown could potentially have that personality trait in him.

Despite what people say, the video is VERY RELEVANT to what happened.

when you won't release any info of the actual incident and went so far as to not say how many times he was shot etc etc

then all you do is release info that didn't have to do with the actual incident to try to paint the person in a certain light

i would say you have something to hide it seems

Its incredible when you read through this thread the tone of some of the posters when the first pieces of inaccurate information were released. Now everyone's quiet.
 
There's really no use arguing with cop cock suckers. They will defend everything a cop does - no matter if they do it from a military tank while tear gassing peaceful journalist. Move along.

Thethe said his isn't but posting otherwise, I know the others already have made it up, cops do no wrong in their world.

I am leaning toward the cop was justified based on the few observations we've been fed, but I don't know if that is slant/cover-up and they are well known to do it. But unlike Thethe, GF and KRG, my mind is not totally made up. My postings, not like theirs, have stated as such.

non-issue to me unless it is race related due to response and this case it is bewildering.

Can't having the cops just shoot us for fun you know. KKK might like it, but some of us dark skins have weapons too and they do not want that.
