Ferguson....

Uh yeah, it's pretty normal to have friends of all ages. Hell my wife and I are nearly 5 yrs apart. I have friends who range from age 20-45.

I guess that's hard to imagine for someone with no friends.

Lol sick burn. Did you come up with that yourself or did you need 1,000,000 chimps on a 1,000,000 typewriters to come up with that.

Just a little fun fact for the day:

Of all police shooting victims there were killed while not considered to be attacking anyone, 39% were black, 46% were white, and 12% were Hispanic.

so, 52% of the shootings involved people that make up 28% of the population if we go by the 2010 census

so the so called liberal that always bitch about everything have a problem because a large group of people assembled and decided to burn down and loot business and the police had the audacity to try to stop them.

America in a nut shell

why did you try to copy my post to post to someone else that calls them self a liberal?

There's a lot of irony in this statement. As you're trying to defend your cops, you have to cite a stat about cops shooting non-violent people

And the US is 78% white and 13% black . . . so, that IS a fun and useful fact for someone arguing the exact opposite of what you've been arguing.

No, some of the people on here try to claim that black people have to be in fear for their lives of cops and white people don't have to worry about it at all. Not true, since you know more white people are actually killed by cops than black people or Hispanics.

As a percentage of overall population, black people make up a higher percentage of those victims. 25% of black people are also living in poverty (vs. 10% for white people). Are people with low income more or less likely to be shooting victims?

Interesting this came out. At worst he still suffered injuries to his eye which doesn't change the story of being physically assaulted by brown.

Big difference between a fracture and a bruise. A bruise means he may not have intended to hit the cop in the face and their altercation at the car he may have hit him in the face enough to bruise but not break.

But it's still assault.

Stop and think....

So a guy has a bruise on the orbital socket but the offender didn't mean to hit him in the face. What? I don't know about you But in every fight I've ever seen people swing for the face. Maybe the offender meant to swing at the guys wrist or maybe his bullet proof jacket but he accidentally hit him in the eye. That's about as probable as this dude getting shot in the back.

A bruise or a fracture is still assault and has no bearing on this case at all.

Holy ****. The cop initiated this?

That's as probable as brown getting shot in the back, and the officer accidentally getting hit above the eye

How is it even possible that the cop initiated this?

Easy Brown wasn't getting out of the way the cop reached out to put him in his place. How can you not see how the cop may have started it. Seriously it's quite obvious.

It absolutely has bearing. You've obviously never taken even a remedial law class as one of the first things you learn is about mitigating and aggravating circumstances. A broken bone makes the officers actions if unlawful seem more appealing.
