Ferguson....

Brown was involved with a second degree murder case as a juvenile?

This could be big.

The way this is worded is hilarious.

I googled it and it's coming from someone's twitter who got information from "law enforcement officials" Being picked up by right wing blogs. If nothing comes from them for reporting this as true.

Sad thing is, if it's true the liberals will use: 'He was a kid, we all make mistakes', 'he had a hard life', or 'it has no bearing on this case'

Excuses, excuses, excuses

It actaully doesn't really have any bearing on this case. This case is pretty simple. Kids walking down street cop telling thme to get out, then events happen leading to kids death. What matters is the events that happened. Not if he was a banger or if he was charged in a case for second degree murder (considering he's 18 and graduated high school, I don't think he served) this is all things that are fought on the public opinion front which is what people claim to care about.

No amount of evidence will get a conviction.

When Bell and Amidaulo,or whatever his name was, were innocent and gunned down by policemen, more than 40 bullets, the cops are immune and always will be, COPS CAN BE DIRTY AS HELL AND THEY WILL NEVER, EVER WILL BE CONVICTED IF IT WAS INVOLVED IN THEIR DUTY. That is why we hear the evidence and it will probably say excessive force, fleeing, surrendering, doesn't matter, that is why I said I don't care because I knew he wil never get convicted, I just want the truth to cure my curiosity. But like I said on the onset, that will not get an indictment, not even close, but Brown brought it on to himself to put him in that position. That is where this tragedy lie. As what I said earlier in the Youtube post of the 3, they all said the same thing, we put ourselves in that predicament, we march on any thing that the white people do to us, the world sees us looting, the world see us as apes when something goes wrong.

I tried to preach to the youths here and for the most part, only one got in trouble due to other factors, but they are listening. But I don't live in the hood. We need leaders there.

If something goes wrong in the inner cities, don't march, get in Sharpton and Jesse Jackass ass face for not doing something but whining like the bitches they are, like the guy said in the first video I said. Chris Rock nails it, if you look like a thug, act like a thug, you will get your ass kick or shot like a thug by a cop(s). And Alonzo said it perfectly, if white people see you act like apes, they will see you as one, so quit doing it.

Of course only educated and common sense black people read this forum so I know this will go on deaf ears. Know what I am saying?

I agree with what you're saying but the cops aren't always wrong. There's a very good chance, this cop feared for his life. Unfortunately and sadly this story has a tragic end, but I don't buy the 'cops won't ever be convicted' nonsense, sometimes maybe the cop wasn't wrong and there shouldn't be a criminal case to begin with. That's how it's going to be seen in the black community.

In the line of duty it is very very very very rare for them to be convicted of anything.

Look it up.

If the person they killed is not a very nice person (questionable past) that percentage goes up substantially.

It doesn't matter to me on where this is headed, I am just curious about the mystery and all it's angles.

in case you didn't watch the video:

When you are trying to prove a scenario of someone charging a cop and trying to get his weapon then a history that may have involved murder matters a lot actually.

Maybe, but I don't know one banger who would charge a cop. Everyone I've ever talked to say to run and never stop. So to me that bit of evidence doesn't really prove anything. Unless he had a warrant out for his arrest none of that proves why he'd charge a cop.

Know a lot of bangers? There's no question Brown rushed the cop

Yeah...we still don't know for sure what happened which is why it's important to understand the history of both Wilson and Brown.

Many unarmed innocent people get killed by cops (only a very and I mean very few get an indictment which I said this cop will not serve any time at all based on history) and have a history that is why it doesn't matter.

I just want to know what really happened. I don't care about right or left wing sites. It seems they come to their own conclusion before all evidence and analyses are done to suit their agenda and that is why our country is so fvcked up as it is.

Fox News initially reported he broke his jaw or some ****. Piece of **** network, they are. Not racist, but number 1 with racists.

I mean his face was swollen so he took a hit but he didn't have a busted eye socket according to actual sources.

AA, how do you explain the cops injuries? He got beat up pretty bad

If he was beaten that bad there is no way he could have shot a weapon. A broken orbital? That alone will render you unable fire a weapon. I call bs on that and him beaten bad? One hit I could see, but doing so much damage that he feared for his life..............smh.

I'm surprised there isn't more rioting.
