I'm sure it was documented, I believe the issue was there wasn't enough facts and it's a cops words vs conflicting eyewitness reports. Sorry you're not seeing the obvious trend here.

Sorry you fail to see that this kid was 100% in the wrong. He was a criminal before they crossed paths and a criminal when he decided to try and kick a officers ass.

He was a petty thief who hadn't been convicted yet, and you don't know the circumstances around him trying to "kick a officers ass" how do you know the cop didn't threaten him first? Fight or flight is a natural reaction. for the bigger slower of us, fight usually wins out.

What a bad kid, who was never convicted of a felony. Terrible kid. He may have lead a fairly normal life.

He was never convicted because he was never caught. That kid doesnt do what he did in that convenience store without having a history of violence.

I don't think I ever said he was shot in the back after the autopsy results came in. I said it was still plausible based on entry and exit wounds and reported circumstances, but never said he was shot in the back. I probably made some of the lowest number of definite statements of anyone in this thread because the facts didn't exist in this case.

Or maybe he was peer pressured by his friend(s). People do dumb ****, some do dumber **** than others. If he was such a terrible kid he would have been in juvey. My dad spend 25 years or so teaching real bad kids. Most of it teaching basically the worst kids NJ had to offer. If this kid was truly terrible he would have spend much of his life in Juvey.
