What does 7 soccer goals equate to? Based on avg per team per game last 10 years: 14 NHL goals, 22 MLB runs, 107 NFL pts, 484 NBA points.
 
BTW the better team won. Dutch only had a few chances and none of them wound up on net as the defenders from Argentina blocked it.
 
Though I'm sticking by my prediction of Argentina to win the whole thing. Germans should win pretty comfortably. 120 minutes from Argentina and the Germans have more rest, and Netherlands showed how to beat Messi

Arsenal is definitely one of the most beautiful teams to watch play when they're on. Again, don't listen to gf, his club is the rival team and they tend to not be a threat to anybody, and usually get owned.

But what today finally proved was what happens when BRazil's CBs can't bail out Julio Cesar. He's not a good keeper and today showcased that. I still don't know how the through to Kroos went in, the Klose one was pathetic, and really even the last Schurrle goal was a savable ball if he had gotten his ass off his line.

If anything, it proved what happens when Thiago Silva can't bail out David Luiz' defensive positioning. He looked like he stumbled into the wrong sport. Cesar is not a good goalie, but it's hard to blame him when most of his defense runs around like headless little chicken.

Anyway, time to make history and put this crowning achievement on our golden generation of players!
